Dear Parents and Carers,
We have been approached by Pembroke Farmers Club, who are looking for volunteers to help steward the event on Wednesday 5th August 2026 in Lamphey.
This is a wonderful opportunity to support a local community event while also raising funds for our school, as they have kindly offered to make a donation to the school in return for volunteers’ help.
Volunteer roles may include:
- General stewarding around the showground
- Assisting at the entrance gates
- Helping in the sponsor tent
- Other general duties as required
If you are available and would like to volunteer, we would be delighted to hear from you.
